The two were arraigned last week before the Regional Trial Court-Branch 33, Davao City.

The two were arrested by Talomo police in January 2015 over accusations that the American molested an underage girl at Dona Luisa Village in Ecoland.

Authorities reported that Stanfield was also accused of sexually abusing three other minors, including one aged only five.

In a police report on the incident, Stanfield lied to police when arrested, telling them his name was Billy Rush. Investigators later confirmed his real identity through the Bureau of Immigration.

Police said they raided the home of the duo and confiscated a laptop, USB and other gadgets, and two passports. After sorting through the items internally, police then filed the cybersex charges against him.

Reyes and Stanfield both are charged with RA 10364, RA 9208, with Stanfield being charged with RA 7610.
