The Abu Sayyaf Group which kidnapped 10 Indonesian crew members from two ships is demanding 10 million pesos for their release.
The Foreign Affairs Ministry in Indonesia confirmed the report late on Tuesday.

The 50 million peso demand only includes the release of one boat and its crew – there has been no word on the second boat and its crew as of yet.
Indonesia confirmed that two tugboats, the Brahma 12 and Anand 12, were carrying 7,000 tons of coal.
