Seven dead and 35 arrested in separate drug raids in Davao City

At least seven people are dead during simultaneous drug raids across the city of Davao early Wednesday.

Davao City Police Office did not issue an official statement as of press time but the raid reportedly rescued a 16-year-old girl from one of the suspects.

Taken in the multiple raids were 13 firearms along with a total of 200 grams of shabu – in all, seven suspects were killed in shootouts in the surprise raids.
