Police arrested the 31-year-old Chinese man immediately after he received a delivery outside a condominium in Barangay Bel-Air.

The rider, alias Berto, reported the matter to the police after seeing a sachet of white powder he was asked to deliver in a condominium on Kalayaan Ave.

According to the police, it weighed about 1.5 grams or P10,000.

According to Berto, a face mask is the declared meat to be delivered.
But he became suspicious when the man seemed to hurry to give him the package and did not peek at its contents.

So even though he was on his way, he stopped to take a look at its contents.

The Chinese denied that he knew shabu was in its contents or that he was using drugs.

The Chinese suspect is facing charges of possession of illegal drugs.
