All four men were charged with misappropriation, misapplication and failure to account for confiscated and seized dangerous drugs.

All four men, along with eight unidentified other suspects are all charged with reselling confiscated drugs in the region of Pampanga.

The buy-bust operation happened on August 28, 2013 where the alleged 50 kilos of shabu went missing – also missing from the drug operation is a Hyundai Starex and a Toyota Camry.

Two witnesses to the drug operation told authorities that they were instructed by Reydado not to document the drug bust, and not to process the arrested Chinese nationals involved in the drug ring.

The two foreign nationals, Yang Fang Ping and Tony Sy Chan were eventually released, this according to other officers involved.

Authorities believe the men negotiated their drugs and cars for their freedom, leaving the 4 noted police officers guilty on several counts of extortion and other related charges.
