Three drug suspects were killed after a buy-bust operation the police launched against the suspect turned into a shooting encounter in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, midnight Monday.
Police identified one of the suspects as JR Borromeo. The identity of the other suspects is yet to be determined.
The suspects allegedly fought back when they sensed they were dealing with police in a transaction at Barangay San Manuel, 12:30 midnight, according to the police.
Authorities recovered 30 sachets of suspected shabu, bullets, and ammunition from the drug suspects.
Police are investigating whether other suspects have been involved in the illegal drug trade.

Foreigner couple caught having sex in public at Boracay beach
Authorities caught a foreigner couple having sex in public at Bulabog Beach in Boracay Island, Kalibo, Aklan.
According to the police, they received a complaint about the indecent behavior of an Australian man and a British national woman on the beach while the young people there freely watch.
Malay Municipal Police Station officials caught the two in the act. They were both naked while in the shallow part of the beach at around 6 pm.
“‘Yung babae po ay nag-topless at ang lalaki po ay napicturan po ng ating tropa ay talagang nakalabas po ang kaniyang ari at they were engaging po, nakaluhod po ang babae, ‘yun po nagpe-perform ng sex po,” said Police Lt. Col. Jonathan Pablito, chief of Malay Municipal Police Station.
