Two suspects in the January 18 killing of Robert John Karl-sen of Ridgewood, New York City, have been arrested.
Mr Karl-sen, aged 58, was stabbed to death in the Ermita area of the capital in January.
25-year-old Christopher Benitez and 27-year old Jerryly Corpuz were arrested by virtue of an arrest warrant. A third suspect, Teddy Adisas, remains at large.
The three men are accused of robbing Karl-sen at knifepoint. The victim resisted and the men stabbed him in the chest and stomach. Bystanders rushed Karl-sen to the nearest hospital but he was pronounceddead on arrival.
