2 Indian nationals arrested over alleged rape of teenager

Two Indian nationals were arrested after allegedly raping the daughter of a woman who could not pay her debt.

The National Bureau of Investigation Cybercrime Division identified the suspects as Jaspal Brar and Sandded Singh.

The 14-year-old victim “Mary” complained to them in September.

After the rape, the arrested suspects even threatened “Mary” to spread her private pictures if she did not allow foreigners to indulge in their obscenities again.

According to “Mary,” her parents could not pay the 5-6 debt they got from the suspects. She added the Indian nationals asked for the victim as payment.

“Mary” refused what the suspects wanted until they offered her something, so she was convinced to send a private picture.

Brar denied the rape allegation.

Brar was charged with rape, and Singh attempted rape. They were also charged with child abuse and violation of the Anti-Child Pornography Act of 2009.
