On Wednesday, armed men in two vehicles in Sta Mesa blocked the suspended Police Patrolman Real Tesoro.

The victim was beaten on the head before the suspects forced him into the SUV, leaving his live-in partner behind.

The suspects also took the woman’s purse containing her cellphone and P36,000 cash.

CCTV footage showed the suspects leave for Mandaluyong City with the abducted victim. The cop’s location is still unknown.

In an interview with Super Radyo dzBB on Thursday, Manila Police District chief Police Brigadier General Leo Francisco said they are investigating the two incidents and investigating whether they are related.

Francisco also said that a special investigation task group has been formed to investigate Hilario’s case.
