Fourteen foreign nationals have been arrested by police in separate raids on a total of three houses in Clark Freeport Zone.
Eight Koreans and six Chinese people were arrested in the posh villages of Palm Villas and Clark Hills Village on Monday.
Police raided the three homes on search warrants issued by a Cabanatuan City judge.
Confiscated in the raids were a total of 21 laptops, several desktop computers, various devices including routers, credit cards and online banking one-time use passwords.
Police said the foreigners were accessing credit card accounts and passwords to make money.
The suspects are facing charges for violating the Access Devices Regulation Act, as well as the Cybercrime Prevention Act.
