A pretty 29-year-old hotel employee has died after being stabbed at least 70 times by a druggie who admitted he had ill feelings for the victim after she allegedly insulted him that same day.
Killed was 29-year-old Rachelle Fernandez, an employee of Solarie Casino Hotel, Pasay City.
Police found Fernandez inside the rented unit where she died of multiple stabs.
Police say the incident happened approximately 6:45 a.m. after the suspect waited for the victim to arrive home from her work.
The killer denied raping the woman but admitted otherwise to being under the influence of drugs when he killed her.
The killer also told police how he waited outside her room and when she resisted and put up a fight he stabbed her, pulling her back inside of her unit where she bled to death.
After killing the young lady, the man then left through a window in the apartment unit and entered another unit owned by Ronaldo Reyes who was shocked to see the man covered in blood.
Reyes and his family fled the unit and sought the help of the security guard who held him until police arrived.
