A waitress who works at a KTV videoke bar in Angeles City has been stabbed to death by three robbers near her house in Malaigaya, Barangay Mabiga, Mabalacat City.
27-year-old Rhealyn Punla was walking home at 3.30am when the men blocked her path and attempted to rob her just yards from her home.

After Punla refused to give up her bag, the robbers stabbed her repeatedly and took off with her belongings.
She managed to walk to get help in spite of her wounds, and she collapsed after finding a man who called for assistance.
Punla was was pronounced dead upon arrival at the local hospital.
