A two-year-old girl was killed after being hit by a stray bulled fired from a police officers service revolver in Pasig City on Monday.
The officer fired the weapon after his brother was shot by two armed men near their home.

An initial investigation showed two men approached the policeman and shot him. The officer was rushed to the Rizal Medical Center where he is in critical condition.
Police are tracking down the suspects identified as Dumantog Buratong and “Itlog” of Magdalena Compound, who escaped after the shooting.
An elder brother of Cueto, one PO3 Reynante Cueto, reportedly got emotional and fired his handgun.
“Medyo dala ng … kanyang damdamin, medyo nagpaputok siya,” said barangay executive officer Bobot Enriquez.
The elder Cueto reportedly fired five to six shots, after which a nearby resident sought help for the two-year-old child who was hit.
The child was rushed to a hospital but doctors could not save her.
