Three South Koreans have been found dead with gunshot wounds to their heads in the region of Bacolor, Pamapanga.

So far no motive in the case has been found. The South Korean consular office said they were working with the Philippine authorities on the case.

So far the Philippine Embassy in Seoul, Korea, has declined to comment on the situation.

An initial investigation revealed that none of the foreigners were older than 40, and that all three subjects had been shot in the head.

Other information that has been reported since the initial investigation show that one of the three was a male with his legs bound, while another was a female with her wrists tied together.

UPDATE – The location of the crime was in Bacolor, Pampanga – the three Koreans, two male, one female were discovered in a sugarcane field.

The story has been updated several times based on different reports – originally stated as being all from Taiwan, it was later discovered the three are South Koreans.
