‘The Punisher’ makes it onto the cover of Time Magazine

The mayor of Davao City, and the next president of the Philippines sat for TIME Magazine and will be featured on the cover of the May Issue.

In a recent article written by Charlie Campbell of Davao City gives the reason why so many Filipinos worked hard at electing “The Punisher.”

The story and the cover photo op will hit shelves on May 23.
