Teenage marijuana dealer arrested with 15-year-old sidekick at Baguio school

A teenage drug dealer and his 15-year-old sidekick have been arrested for selling marijuana at Baguio City National High School.

School security guards arrested Wilson Amparado dela Pena, of Upper Rock Quarry barangay, along with with a 15-year-old student who allegedly ran errands for Pena inside the school compound.

Pena was said to be in possession of marijuana.

Baguio City Mayor Maruicio Domogan, said there was a drug problem in the city, including in schools, but he told parents there wasn’t much he could do about it.

The Philippine DEA said Baguio City’s problem with marijuana could be related to its highland climate, which makes it easy to grow some really, really kick-ass weed.
