31-year-old Julien Jerome, the Frenchman involved in the shooting of three foreigners in a McDonald’s on Friday in Talisay City, Cebu, has been arrested on an outstanding warrant.

It appears the warrant for arrest came from the Regional Trial Court Branch #46 by Judge Bahonsua Jr. in Larena, Siquijor

The arrest warrant is for violation of Republic Act #9262 (Violence Against Women and Children Act).

Millard is being detained at the Talisay City Police Station after he failed to pay the 24,000 peso bail – the Frenchman said he was not aware of a pending case as he was not served with any papers.

Millard did admit to having a wife in Siquijor whom he married when he was only 22-years-old. He says they agreed to be separated after just being married for five years.
