Swiss man killed by neighbour after row over noisy basketball players

67-year-old Roger Fritz Lang, aged 67 from Switzerland, died of a stab wound to the chest at Airmen’s Village in Mabiga, Pampanga.

Lang was stabbed after he and Bhong Duenas were caught up in a heated argument after Duenas allegedly turned up outside his home to confront a bunch of noisy basketball players in the street. Lang interjected and the two ended up in an argument where Duenas drew a knife and stabbed the victim.

Duenas fled the scene and is still at large. Residents called the police and brought Lang to a nearby hospital where he later died of his wounds.
