Saudi police say they have arrested a Syrian man and his Filipina accomplice in an alleged bomb building plot in the country.
Saudi Press Agency reported on Saturday that the two were arrested in Riyadh. The Filipina woman is accused of sewing explosive belts for the Syrian. So far several bombs were found at two sites where the two worked to make the explosive devices.

Authorities have defused the bombs after evacuating the areas around the two sites.
The Syrian’s name was released as Yasser Mohammed Shafiq al-Berazi. The Filipina so far has only been named by her nickname “Lady Joy.”
Police have not disclosed a motive or plot involving the bombs.
