A Russian who used Malaysia as an entry point to the Philippines to meet his 19-year-old Filipino girlfriend was arrested by immigration and deported at the Zamboanga City Seaport.
24-year-old Paviel Bukacel Prokhorenkov of Moscow, Russia was arrested for violation of immigration laws on June 27. He was turned over to the Bureau of Immigration at the Zamboanga International Seaport where he was promptly deported.
