A Baltimore man pleaded guilty on Monday to charges of producing child pornography involving prepubescent Filipino children.
Louis Francis Bradley, aged 66, already has four previous state convictions related to the sexual exploitation of children. He will face at least 35 years in prison when he’s sentenced on May 2.
Bradley admitted to paying women in the Philippines to take explicit photos of prepubescent girls and send the photos to him via social media. The crimes were committed between 2014 to 2016. He also paid the women to expose themselves to him using streaming programs.
He created two social media accounts and used them connect to hundreds of young women in the Philippines who had prepubescent children or access to them.
He asked the women to send explicit images of girls in their care, ultimately sending 120 payments to at least 17 women totalling $8,291. At least six sent Bradley images or videos of children engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
