A multi-billion peso commercial centre will rise on a 40-hectare lot behind City Hall Angeles City.
The massive project will extend from Barangay Pulung Maragul to Barangay Dau in Mabalacat City.
Angeles City Beautiful Realty Development Corp. said it hoped to transform the property into a mixed-use project that could become the next Central Business District in Central Luzon.
“The Infinity” held its ground breaking ceremony on February 8.
Officials said the massive undertaking was not meant to overshadow the nearby Marquee Mall project, but rather to complement it.
Project managers hope to first open ;The Promenade’, a high-end destination that is expected to offer retail and dining experiences.
In all, the project will encompass an office complex, with specialty malls, new retail concepts and one-of-a-kind dining complex, a convention centre, a sports complex, an international school, several service apartments, events pavilions and residential condos.
