Estonian kitesurfing instructor found dead in Boracay house

Police are investigating after a 54-year-old Estonian kitesurfing instructor was found dead in his rented house on Boracay Island.

Police have today (Thursday, March 14) identified him as Toomas Teder, and are continuing to investigate the cause of his death.

Mr Teder’s body was discovered by the owner of the house in Barangay Bulabog at about 9.45am on Tuesday (March 12).

According to Panay News, no injuries were found on his body, and officers have said there is no immediate indication of foul play.

Mr Teder worked as a kitesurfing instructor for Kite Centre ProKite Club.
