A convicted sex offender originally nabbed in Cebu is in trouble again — this time in the United States.
Kenneth Stokes, who previously admitted to abusing at least five children in the Philippines has been charged with molesting a seven-year-old Seattle girl .

Stokes was arrested outside Cebu in late 2012. The 70-year-old who pleaded guilty last January remains in federal custody in Missouri and is yet to be sentenced.
Earlier this month, federal prosecutors accused Stokes of molesting a then seven-year-old girl back in 2007.
