An enraged husband stabbed his wife’s lover in the back several times before cutting off his penis in a sudden rage of jealousy after discovering the two in bed together.
43-year-old Victor Boaquenia caught the two in an intimate moment in their nipa hut in Baranguay San Francisco, in the town of Baao.
Police say that Victor fled the scene of the crime and is now facing criminal charges for his actions.
41-year-old Gaspar Hermo, of Baao is currently recuperating from his stab wounds.
Physicians at the Bicol Medical Center in Naga City said they were unsure if they would be able to reattach his penis.
Sources say that Victor is only wanted for fleeing the scene of the crime as it is legal to murder a spouse and their lover in cold blood in the Philippines if they are found to be in a sexually provocative mode.
