A German and his Filipina partner were caught on CCTV chocking a young boy who accidentally hit their daughter lightly with a baseball bat as she walked by too closely.
The incident happened in the town of Laoag in Ilocos Norte, according to “24 Oras.”
The CCTV footage shows the student playing baseball with his friends on a sidewalk when he hit the arm of the girl as she walked by – the girl then entered the SUV of her parents.
Moments later the girl’s mother exits the vehicle grabbing the boy and forcing him inside the SUV. Soon after the girl’s father, a German, also forced the boy inside the vehicle.
Soon after he exited the SUV with the boy and was pushed to the ground with the German taking a choke hold on the child.
Local police urged the boy’s parents to file charges against the German and his partner.
