Five young children all drowned in a Tapaz, Capiz, dam. The victims have been named as Ketchie Sumaria, aged nine; Melody Gilbaliga, seven; KC Sumaria, six; Lloyd Aguirre, six, and Keven Jhon Sumaria, five.
The children were found at 3pm last Wednesday said Espiridion Pelaez, executive officer of the provincial disaster risk reduction and management council in the region.
