Filipina arrested for attempted entry into Fort Drum with fake passport

A US Border Patrol officer has arrested a Pinay after she tried to enter a North Country Army post using a fake passport. 

The woman presented the fake Philippine passport when she attempted to enter the main gate of Fort Drum in New York on January 25. 

After being questioned by Border Patrol the woman admitted to illegally entering the United States via the Mexican border in 2005. 

Other reports on the incident have reported that the Pinay said she entered the US via Detroit. The unnamed woman had her application to stay in the US denied in 2010 after suspicion of a fraudulent marriage was discovered. 

The woman will remain in custody pending her deportation.
