A criminology student was shot by a member of the Presidential Security Group (PSG) on Saturday in Sampaloc, Manila.
The Presidential Security Group is responsible for protecting the president of the Philippines. The PSG officer was said to be drunk at the time of the shooting.

28-year-old Sajid Sadilawan of Legarda Street in Sampaloc was rushed to the hospital for treatment of a gunshot wound to the stomach.
Police investigating the shooting said Sadilawan was chatting with a friend at a local corner street at about 11pm when Michael Zinggapan, a PSG officer for President Aquino, confronted him and shot him.
Zinggapan escaped on his motorcycle after the attack and is now the subject of a manhunt.
