George William Nolan,  of Morales Village, was arrested by the Talomo police. Reports on the incident remain sketchy, but it appears the eight minors in the were still in the streets as part of their Oplan Sita campaig, a celebration involving the Kadayawan Festival.

After the village watchman warned the eight boys, they were taken to the local police station, where they claimed they were molested by the American.

Reportedly, the children live in the same house as the American. They said they were given food and money from Nolan and then sexually abused by him. The eight boys filed affidavits of abuse.
