At least 21 people were injured in a fast-craft mishap when the boat they were riding slammed into the docks in Cebu City this morning.
The boat left Tagbilaran City, Bohol and slammed into the docks at 8.30am on Tuesday.

The Coast Guard has so far reported 18 passengers and seven crew members were treated at Cebu Doctors Hospital for minor injuries.
MV Selphiel of 2Go Shipping is the owner of the fast-craft. The boat was carrying a total of 119 passengers and was about to dock when the captain experienced trouble in maneuvering the ship. Most passengers were said to be standing on the starboard side of the vessel as it hit the dock area.
